One of these days...
...you should better stay in bed!
We had a blackout this morning. The second one in a month, which kinda worries me, because normally the system is dead reliable. Maybe it has something to do with the strong winter. I'm not sure how they isolate the cables in the ground, but they are not running that deep under the surface so the ground around them is probably frozen.
I can't tell when it happened, because my alarm clock didn't wake me!! I remember being awake shortly around 4:30 am, but no alarm at 6 am. I woke up shortly after 8:30 am from the alarm of my freezer. Seems the temperature was too high. Luckily a couple minutes later the electricity was back. Nevertheless I couldn't attend a training test I had this morning at 9 am at college. Good thing it's optional, so no problems for me, except an angry best friend who had to do it now on her own.The district she lives in had electricity this morning.
Anyway, I can be happy that I didn't have to be at work in time like lots of my neighbors. It was very funny to watch them all running downstairs and racing each other to the train or their car shortly after the electricity was back. I hope they won't get any problems with their boss.
Let's see what the rest of the day brings...lol

Jersey Boys in Paradise
Ok, just in case you didn't hear about it by now...Bon Jovi played two nights in Honolulu.
They not only played, but they played songs most of us have probably never heard live...like Only Lonely, Roulette, Tokyo Road or Get ready.
When you wanna watch some videos or listen to the songs go to Bon Jovi: The Circle Tour. The girls, who are running that website are really making a GREAT job to keep us all informed about the different shows.

I'M BACK!!!!
I got the new modem today and finally after eight horrible days, I have my high speed internet connection back!!!
Just in time, in my opinion. I already thought I have to watch the Superbowl on german TV. I mean, it's better than nothing, but they explain every single rule and are so not into the game...no passion, no background knowledge, no fun!!
God, I'm so happy...I think I will have a nice glass of wine and better start to catch up on everything I've missed! LOL
See you
